Janis K. Randazzo- Principal / CEO
Janis founded the company in March of 2009 utilizing her 30 years of industry experience. She has overseen the company growth and financial operations. Well known for her innovative thinking and proactive approach to operations, team building, marketing and sales, Janis has worked as Division President for the Ryness Company and senior management for Prudential New Homes (formerly Developer Sales Network). She began he career in the mortgage industry and spent nearly a decade on the front lines selling new homes for industry leaders such as KB Home, DR Horton and California Pacific Homes. Janis is a Broker in California (01102869) and Washington (25313). An active SMC and BIA member, she has volunteered her time as an guest speaker for the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) course and numerous speaking engagements at the IBS and PCBC.
Janis has received numerous awards for her building industry contributions including The Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) for Sales Manager of the Year, Sales Person of the Year and is a two time recipient of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Silver award for Sales Manager of the Year. In 2007, she was awarded with the President’s Award by the Southern California SMC. Janis enjoys skiing, snowboarding, horseback riding with her husband, Troy, and their kids, Ava and Jack.
Christopher R. Gray- Executive Vice President/Corporate Broker
Chris has been with Strategic Sales and Marketing since the company’s inception in early 2009. In addition to the day-to-day oversight of the company, Chris works closely with Strategic’s clients to ensure that their communities are properly positioned within their respective marketplaces and keeps them informed of current market trends through ongoing data analysis. His insights assist Strategic’s clients in formulating product development concepts and creating marketing strategies. Additionally, his marketing background provides a unique perspective when overseeing creative advertising and promotional campaigns. He has extensive project-level involvement with mixed-use, condominium, single-family, adaptive re-use, and live/work product types in both suburban and infill locations throughout the major Southern California markets.
Chris completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Arizona with a degree in Business – Marketing and earned a Master of Real Estate Development degree from USC in 2011. He is currently an active member of the Building Industry Association and a holds a California Broker License (01732753). In both 2008 and 2009, Chris was honored with the National Associated of Home Builders (NAHB) Silver Award for Marketing Director of the Year and in 2011 he was honored as the Marketing Director of the Year by NAHB.
Chris resides in Irvine with his sons, Cooper and Cody, and wife, Katie, an elementary school teacher and Bar Method instructor.
Wendy Sinderhoff- Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Wendy joined Strategic Sales and Marketing in 2018, coming from a new home sales position with TRI Pointe Homes where she refined her sales skills and became a graduate of the Jeff Shore 4:2 sales training. Wendy began her career with Land Advisors Organization and Market InSite Real Estate Advisors, where she oversaw a team of researchers and conducted feasibility studies for builders and developers. She then transitioned to land brokerage and worked with an elite brokerage team focused on a variety of both public and private builders to transact over $200 million dollars’ worth of land deals. Her experience spans a variety of product and community types, from single family detached homes to three story townhomes and small infill developments to large master planned communities. Her background in analytics, combined with her education and sales skills, make her a strong front line leader for the team.
Wendy completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA with a degree in Sociology and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in California (01996248).
Wendy resides in Costa Mesa and enjoys the beach and travel with her husband Andrew, a residential land broker.
