Janis K. Randazzo | President & Founder
Janis founded Strategic Sales and Marketing in March of 2009 and utilizes her 30+ years of industry experience as she oversees company growth and financial operations. Recognized for her innovative thinking and proactive approach to operations, team building, marketing and sales expertise, we sometimes refer to her as the “Google of New Home Sales.” Through her career, Janis held the position of President for The Ryness Company and Senior Vice President for Prudential New Homes. She has a background in operations and loan origination from her initial career working in the mortgage business. She transitioned into a decade of front-line sales of new homes for industry leaders such as KB Home, D.R. Horton and California Pacific Homes.
With both a California Broker License (01102869) and Washington State Managing Brokers license (25313), Janis is well versed in brokerage law. She is an active member of the Building Industry Association and the Greater Sales and Marketing Council. She is a Certified Public Speaker by the NAHB and has taught the NAHB Certified Sales Professional (CSP) course. Janis volunteers her time to speak on various educational platforms such as the International Builder Show (IBS), the Pacific Coast Builder Conference (PCBC) and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). She has received numerous awards for her building industry contributions including, The Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Sales Manager of the Year and is a two-time recipient of the NAHB Silver award for Sales Manager of the Year. Recently, she was honored with the President’s Award by the SoCal SMC for her contribution to the Board.
When not working hard, Janis is playing hard with her husband, Troy, and their two children, Ava and Jack, plus Iris, their Goldendoodle. They enjoy International travel, snowboarding, skiing, golf, hiking, horseback riding and cow sorting.
Bevin Curtis | Executive Vice President
Originally part of the Strategic Sales and Marketing dating back to 2010, Bevin rejoins our team in an expanded capacity as EVP. Bevin is naturally gifted as a leader and business strategist. Her role includes working closely with the entire management team and clients in the planning and execution of each community.
Her diverse background provides clients with a vast wealth of knowledge, with her most recent role at Focus360 working with builders nationwide on their digital assets and strategies. Previously, Bevin worked with such sales leaders as Shore Consulting & Sales Training, The Marketing Directors, Inc. (New York) and The Ryness Company Western Region. Her background spans all product types from luxury high-rise condominiums to single-family infill developments. Bevin works closely with Strategics’ clients to ensure that their communities are properly positioned within their respective marketplaces and keeps them informed of current market trends. Her market insights assist our clients in formulating product development concepts and creating marketing strategies. Her sales and marketing background provides a unique perspective when overseeing creative advertising and promotional campaigns.
She completed her undergraduate studies at Northwestern University with a degree in Communications. She is an active member of the Building Industry Association and holds a California Brokers License (01858866) in addition to being a Certified Distressed Property Expert. In 2014, Bevin was honored with the NAHB Silver Award for Sales Manager of the Year. Sales teams under her direction have won several regional and national sales awards. An accomplished salesperson herself, she has consistently exceeded sales goals at every organization she’s represented.
Bevin resides in Murrieta with her two sons and husband, Jim, a middle school social studies teacher and former assistant principal. Their older son is currently enrolled in college studying engineering.
Jennifer Tam | Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Jennifer began her career at The Ryness Company in 2001, working within a leadership team providing project marketing and sales support. She transitioned into front-line sales and in 2006 was named the NAHB Rookie Salesperson of the Year. In 2010, she shifted focus towards resale real estate and was a lead broker for Remax, specializing inworking with bank asset managers marketing their properties. Her range of experience spans condo-conversion to mid-rise developments. She is expert at analyzing property pricing and a superb negotiator. Jennifer completed her studies at Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is licensed California Broker (01365166). She was honored as a member for 3 consecutive years in the Remax 100% Club (2016-2018).
In 2021, Jennifer was awarded the MAME for Sales Leader of the Year for Southern California. She is an active member of the BIA and is on the GSMC board of directors for 2022.
Jennifer resides in Claremont with her husband Ken and three children, Caleb, Maddox and Keira and their Great Dane, Corsa. Together they enjoy everything in the California outdoors from boating to winter sports.
Wendy Sinderhoff | Advisor
Wendy’s diverse real estate background began with Market InSite Real Estate Advisors, where she worked with a research team conducting feasibility studies for builders and developers. She transitioned to Land Advisors as part of an elite brokerage team focusing on a variety of public and private builders to transact over $200 million dollars’ worth of land sales. Her experience spans a variety of product types and communities plus a background in analytics. In 2017, Wendy shifted focus to new home sales with TRI Pointe Homes, refining her sales skills and graduating from the Jeff Shore 4:2 sales training. Her education and sales background provides the winning combination which makes Wendy a strong sales and marketing leader. She graduated from UCLA with a degree in Sociology and is a licensed agent in California (01996248). In 2019, she was honored as the GSMC SoCal Awards (MAME) as the Sales Manager of the Year and the NAHB Silver Award for Sales Manager of the Year in 2020. In 2021, she joined the GSMC Board of Directors.
Wendy resides in Tustin and enjoys the beach, travel and hiking with her husband Andrew, a residential land broker, their daughter Stevie Jean and George, their French Bulldog.
